All of our products are made to order and bespoke, meaning each piece is individually created especially for you. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.
As every piece is carefully crafted to your requirements, processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your order.

We are also committed to using wood responsibly. Wherever possible, we source timber from responsible and sustainable suppliers, supporting careful forestry practices and avoiding unnecessary waste. We believe beautiful, bespoke products should be made with respect for the natural materials we use.

Yes. For orders over £1,000, we offer a delivery and installation service to ensure your bespoke piece arrives safely and is installed correctly.
As every item is made to order, we’ll arrange the delivery with you in advance and discuss the installation requirements for your specific piece.
