  • All orders are processed within 3-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • As our products are handmade, some items may require additional time for production. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you by email with an updated delivery estimate.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Mainland: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location or courier delays.


3. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom via trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail & ParcelForce

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our handmade products, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us immediately at team@luxehousedecor.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement as appropriate.


7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. LuxeHouse Decor Ltd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
